Chinese cabbage salad with vegetables

This light and mouth-watering Peking cabbage salad with vegetables will appeal not only to those who follow their figure.

Cooking time 20 minutes


Peking cabbage swing 1/2 pc

Tomatoes 2 pcs

Cheese 50 g

Table mustard 1 tsp

Universal seasoning 1/2 tsp

Olive oil 3 tbsp l.

Dill (greens) (for decoration)


Peking cabbage cut into strips, leave thick edges. Fold into a bowl.

Grate cheese, cut tomatoes into cubes.

Mix salad in a bowl with cabbage.

In a separate bowl, combine mustard, olive oil and all-purpose seasoning.

Mix well. Season salad and add finely chopped dill.

Mix thoroughly, let the salad brew. Put on a platter with lettuce leaves.

Serve to the New Year's table.
