Mashed potatoes with champignons

Rinse the mushrooms, cut in half. Fry in sunflower oil for 5-7 minutes.

Cut pineapples into cubes and add to the mushrooms. Fry for another 7 minutes. Salt.

Put mashed potatoes in a mold.

Top with mushrooms with pineapples.

Add sour cream.

Sprinkle everything with grated cheese.

Bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 200 degrees C.

Serve hot.
