Meat with mushrooms in sour cream

Meat with mushrooms in sour cream and mashed potatoes, this is the most delicious dish for lunch.

Cooking time 50 minutes

Ingredients

Pork pulp 300 g

Onion 1 pc

Honey mushrooms 200 g

Sour cream 10% fat. 3 tbsp. l.

Sunflower oil 4 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste

Preparation

Cut the meat into pieces and fry in sunflower oil with finely chopped onions.

Add 1/2 cup water and simmer over medium heat, covered. Defrost the mushrooms and boil in salted water for 15-20 minutes. Add mushrooms to meat.

Simmer until cooked for another 15-20 minutes. Salt. Add sour cream and simmer over low heat for another 10 minutes.

Serve with mashed potatoes.
