This rustic rice with chicken and vegetables is an easy-to-prepare dish that the whole family will love.
Cooking time 45 minutes
Onion 1 pc
Carrot 1 pc
Rice 200 g
Broccoli 100 g
Tomatoes 2 pcs
Salt to taste
Fry finely chopped onion with small pieces of chicken in sunflower oil until half cooked.
Peel and cut the carrots into cubes, add to the pan.
Rinse the rice.
Add to chicken and pour over 200 ml of water. Season with salt and stir. Simmer over medium heat for 20-25 minutes.
Disassemble the broccoli into inflorescences, cut the tomatoes into cubes and place on top.
Cook for another 10-15 minutes, adding water if needed. Turn off, close the lid and let stand for 15 minutes.
