Pork chop

Beat off a heap of meat well.

Season with salt and sprinkle.

Fry in sunflower oil on both sides until golden brown.

Cut vegetables into small pieces, chop the greens finely. Mix everything in a salad bowl.

Mix the sauce with mayonnaise and season the vegetables.

Place the chop and vegetables on a platter. Decorate with mayonnaise.
