Filled cutlets

Filled cutlets are like a riddle that can only be solved by trying this amazing dish.

Pork pulp 200 g

Beef 200 g

Onion 2 pcs

Eggs (depends on the number of cutlets) 3-5 pcs

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Pass the pieces of meat through a meat grinder.

Peel the onion and also mince it.

Add 1 raw egg, salt and pepper. Mix everything well.

Boil the remaining eggs hard-boiled, cool and peel. Make cutlets from minced meat and wrap an egg in each.

Put on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 40-50 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees C.

Put on a plate and garnish with herbs.
