Baked fish

Baked fish is a delicious piece of pink salmon baked with vegetables in the oven, which can be served as a separate dish or with your favorite side dish.

Pink salmon 1 piece

Onion 1 pc

Carrot 1 pc

Sour cream 25% fat. 50 g

Mayonnaise 1 tbsp l.

Salt to taste


Peel the fish and cut into pieces. Salt.

Arrange the pieces of pink salmon in a tin with foil.

Grease a little with mayonnaise.

Sprinkle with grated carrots and onion slices.

Dilute sour cream with 1/2 glass of water and add to the mold.

Close the fish and vegetables on top with foil.

Bake pink salmon in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 200 degrees C.

The baked fish is ready. Serve as a separate dish or with a side dish.
