Cut the ribs. Taking into account the fact that we cook two ribs for one portion in portions.
Season with salt and pepper. Fry in sunflower oil on both sides for 5-7 minutes.
Mix tomato paste with 1/2 cup water, dried herbs and salt a little.
Pour to the ribs. Simmer on low heat for 15-20 minutes.
Place on a plate and drizzle with a little sauce from the pan.
