Divide the chicken breast into two parts.
Season with salt and spices (3/4 teaspoon).
Put on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees C.
Put the tomato puree in a saucepan, add oil, 1/4 teaspoon of spices and salt. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
Cut the breast into slices and place in a plate with sauce. Decorate with chopped herbs.
