Turkey with vegetables

Turkey fillet baked with vegetables in the oven is a real delicacy on your table.

Cooking time 1 hour 10 minutes

Ingredients

Turkey fillet 300 g

Potatoes 2 pcs

Carrot 1 pc

Broccoli 200 g

Onion 1 pc

Sunflower oil

Cheese 100 g

Sour cream 25% fat. 2 tbsp. l.

Salt

Preparation

Cut the fillet into pieces. Finely chop the onion.

Cut carrots and potatoes into slices.

Divide the broccoli into small inflorescences. Fry the meat with onions in sunflower oil until tender. Salt. Put potatoes and carrots in a baking dish in the first layer.

Place the meat on top.

Cover with a layer of potatoes and carrots. Add some broccoli.

Drizzle with juice from the meat. Close with foil.

Bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes at 180 degrees C. Remove and remove the foil.

Put sour cream in places and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Bake on the top shelf of the oven for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
