Turkey fillet 300 g
Potatoes 3-4 pcs
Olive oil 2 tbsp l.
Dried parsley (dill celery) 1 tsp.
Sunflower oil 3-4 tbsp. l.
Sour cream 25% fat. 2 tbsp. l.
Green onion (feather) 1 bunch
Cut the turkey fillet into portions, beat off.
Season with salt and pepper.
Fry on both sides in sunflower oil until tender.
Peel and cut the potatoes in half.
Mix olive oil with dry herbs and salt.
Grease the potatoes and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees C.
Mix sour cream with finely chopped green onions.
Place the chops with potatoes and onion sauce on a platter.
