Provencal cabbage

Provencal cabbage, instant, is a great appetizer and addition to meat dishes. Just 15 minutes and the instant pickled cabbage is ready.

Cooking time 15 minutes


White cabbage 200 g

Carrot 1 pc

Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.

Sugar 1 tbsp. l.

Salt 1/2 tsp

Parsley (greens) 1 bunch


Peel 200 g of white cabbage and 1 carrot.

Chop the cabbage into a bowl.

Add grated carrots.

In a small bowl, combine 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, ½ tablespoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Mix.

Add the dressing to the cabbage bowl and mix well.

Cover with plastic wrap and leave for 1 hour.

Place the Provencal cabbage on a platter and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.

Provencal cabbage is ready. Can be served at the table.
