Fried mullet, a very tasty fish, cooks quickly, can be served with any side dish.
Cooking time 20 minutes
Ingredients
Mullet 1 pc
Sunflower oil (for frying) to taste
Salt to taste
Lemon 1/2 pc
Flour 100 g
Preparation
Clean the fish. Remove all bones if possible.
Salt, squeeze the juice of half a lemon onto the fish and let it sit for 5 minutes. Dip the fish pieces in flour.
Fry the mullet on both sides in sunflower oil.
The fried mullet is ready. Serve the cooked fish with a slice of lemon.
