Potatoes (young) 7-8 pcs

Butter 50 g



Dried garlic 10 g

Crackers 10 g


Wash young potatoes well. Dry and cut into quarters.

Melt the butter in a bowl, add salt, pepper, crackers and garlic.

Stir, coat each part of the potato.

Put on a baking sheet covered with parchment.

Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees C.
