Rice balls with shrimps

Rice balls with shrimps, fast, beautiful and delicious! Perfect for a romantic evening.

Ingredients

Long grain rice 300 g

Butter 50 g

Water 1 stack.

Shrimp (peeled) 300 g

Lemon 1/2 pc

Greens 1 sprig

Soy sauce to taste

Preparation

Fry shrimps in 1/2 part butter. Add lemon juice and simmer for another 5 minutes. Boil rice in water until half cooked. Drain the water and rinse the rice. Boil again. Evaporate water. Cool the rice a little and roll into small portioned balls. Put the rice snowballs and shrimps on a dish. Decorate with a sprig of herbs and a slice of lemon. Rice balls with shrimps are ready. Serve with soy sauce.
