Wash and dry the chicken.
Rub with a mixture of peppers and salt.
Bake in the oven. When fat appears on a baking sheet, collect it in a bowl and mix with 1/2 part honey. Coat the chicken with this mixture and place back in the oven.
Spread periodically during readiness. When the chicken is cooked, take it out a little to cool and brush it all over with honey. Place on the top shelf of your oven and wait until golden brown. Place the chicken on a serving platter.
