Stuffed pumpkin is a fabulous dish that will surprise everyone at the table and arouse a wave of compliments in your address.
Cooking time 1 hour 30 minutes
Pumpkin (1 large pumpkin or several small portions) 1 pc
Chicken fillet 200 g
Onion 1 pc
Carrots 2 pcs
Tomatoes 1-2 pcs
Dried basil 1 tsp
Vegetable oil 4-5 tbsp. l.
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Cut the lid off the pumpkin and remove the veined seeds.
Fry the chicken fillet in a pan with vegetable oil.
Add basil, onion in half rings and coarsely chopped carrots.
Add the diced tomato and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Fill pumpkins with filling and cover with lids.
Wrap in foil and bake in the oven at 200 degrees C for 1 hour.
Cool the finished pumpkins a little and remove the foil. The stuffed pumpkin is ready. Can be served at the table.
