Mushroom rolls

These mouth-watering fried mushroom chicken rolls will get you a wave of compliments.

Cooking time 1 hour


Chicken fillet 500 g

Onion 1 pc

Tomatoes 2 pcs

Pickled green olives 3-4 pcs

Broccoli 200 g

Spices to taste

Salt to taste

Sunflower oil

Porcini or champignons 200 g


Finely chop the onion and fry in sunflower oil.

Add mushrooms and fry over medium heat for 30-35 minutes.

Divide the fillet into strips. Sprinkle with spices and beat on both sides.

Distribute the mushrooms over a piece of fillet. Wrap with a roll.

Bake on foil in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees C.

Fry fresh broccoli in butter.

Cut the tomatoes beautifully. Place the roulette and broccoli on a platter, garnish with tomatoes and green olives.
