Rice "snowballs" with fried red fish

Do you want to pamper your loved ones with something new? Make them rice "snowballs" with fried red fish.

Cooking time 35 minutes


Rice 200 g

Fillet of red fish (salmon, pink salmon) 500 g

Egg 1 pc

Breadcrumbs 50 g

Soy sauce to taste

Sunflower oil 3-4 tbsp. l.


Pour rice with cold water and cook. As soon as it boils, discard in a colander and rinse well. Pour again with cold water and add 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil. Cook over medium heat until tender. Discard in a colander and drain all the water. Roll balls of rice with your hands. Cut the fish fillet into pieces. DO NOT DRAIN! Soak in beaten egg and roll in breadcrumbs. Fry in sunflower oil. Rice "snowballs" with fried red fish are ready. Place rice balls and fish pieces on a dish. Serve with soy sauce.
