Honey mushrooms with potatoes

Such tasty and fragrant mushrooms with potatoes on a cloudy autumn day will warm and gather the whole family at the table.

Ingredients

Potatoes 2-3 pcs

Honey mushrooms 200 g

Onion 1 pc

Sour cream 25% fat. 50 g

Sunflower oil

Salt to taste

Spices to taste

Preparation

Fry mushrooms in sunflower oil with finely chopped onions for 20-25 minutes.

Cut the potatoes into cubes and place in a mold.

Sprinkle with spices. Place the fried mushrooms on top.

Mix sour cream with water 1/1, mix well and pour into the mold.

Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 200 degrees C.

Decorate with a sprig of greenery.
