Masquerade salad

The most festive salad for the festive table. Masquerade salad will not be left without attention of your guests and will become a bright guest on your festive table.

Cooking time 25 minutes


Ham 200 g

Crab sticks 100 g

Canned green peas 100 g

Tomatoes 2 pcs

Potatoes 2 pcs

Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l.

Provencal mayonnaise 2-3 tbsp l.

Dill 1 bunch

Garlic clove 2 pcs

Lettuce leaves


Cut the ham into strips and place in a bowl.

Add green peas and chopped tomatoes.

Add finely chopped dill, finely chopped crab sticks and pressed garlic.

Cut the potatoes into strips and fry in a pan with vegetable oil until golden brown.

Place on paper napkins.

Add potatoes to salad and stir. Place in a heap on a platter with lettuce leaves. Decorate the top with mayonnaise.

Masquerade salad is ready. It is better to stir the salad on the festive table.
