Meat with vegetables and noodles


Pork pulp 200 g

Onion 1 pc

Zucchini zucchini 1 pc

Carrot 1 pc

Tomatoes 2 pcs

Parsley (greens) 1 bunch

Dill (greens) 1 bunch

Ground black pepper 1 pinch.

Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.

Noodles (for garnish)

Salt to taste

Heat the oil in a large saucepan or cauldron and add the diced onion.

Add not coarsely chopped meat and cook for 3-5 minutes.

Add sliced ​​zucchini and carrots. Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add water, spices and salt. Cook over low heat for 10-15 minutes.

Add diced tomatoes and chopped herbs. Mix well and keep on fire for another 3-5 minutes. Stir and let stand for 5-7 minutes, covered.

Boil the noodles for a side dish. Place the noodles in deep bowls.

Lay the meat with vegetables on top and pour over the broth.

Serve to the table.
