Cut the chicken into small pieces.
Finely chop the onion.
Fry the onion, add the chicken pieces, chopped mushrooms and diced carrots.
Add water and simmer for 20 minutes.
Mix pine nuts with spices and place with chicken.
Salt, simmer until tender. Boil rice for a garnish, season it with soy sauce. Sprinkle with finely chopped fresh herbs.
