Mash the minced meat in a bowl, add finely chopped onion.
Boil rice until cooked and add to the minced meat. Season with salt and pepper, mix well.
Cut the cap off the peppers and take out the core with seeds.
Fill and tamp the meat filling into the peppers.
Place in a deep saucepan. Pour in a mixture of mayonnaise and one glass of water. Simmer over medium heat for 30 minutes. Peppers can be taken in different colors: red, yellow, green and then you get an original and delicious traffic light in your plate.
