Lazy dumplings with cottage cheese, the taste of which is so familiar to many from childhood. Cooking takes a few minutes, and it is impossible to resist them.
Cooking time 15 minutes
Low-fat cottage cheese 400 g
Wheat flour (+ for adding) 200 g
Butter 50 g
Egg 1 pc
Pass large cottage cheese through a meat grinder, if finely grained cottage cheese is left like that. In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese with the egg.
Add salt and soft butter.
Add flour and knead well with your hands. The dough should not stick to your hands.
Wrap the dough in a bag and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Take out and roll the dough into a "sausage".
Cut into small pieces and dip in flour, each piece.
Boil in salted boiling water for 7-10 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon and season immediately with butter.
Lazy dumplings with cottage cheese are ready. Can be served at the table.
