Homemade noodles with chicken breast, cauliflower and parmesan

Homemade noodles with chicken breast, cauliflower and parmesan cheese, a quick and tasty lunch or dinner for the whole family.

Ingredients

Noodles (homemade, or fettuccini) 200 g

Chicken breast 1 pc

Head of garlic 1 pc

Hot peppers (chili) 1 pc

Cauliflower (head of cabbage) 1 pc

Red bell pepper (paprika) 1 pc

Cherry tomatoes or 1 regular tomato fruit 150 g

Parmesan cheese (or feta, feta cheese) 50 g

Parsley (greens) twigs.

Salt to taste

Vegetable oil (or olive oil) to taste

Preparation

Wash the vegetables. Peel the garlic.

Cut the garlic into slices, the chili pepper into half rings, after removing the seeds from it. Fry in a preheated pan with oil. While chili and garlic are fried and saturate the oil with their hot juices, cut the bell peppers, peeled from seeds, into half rings, and the chicken meat into strips. This will give the noodles a smoothness and uniformity in which little surprises such as pieces of meat and paprika will open up.

Boil homemade noodles or fettuccini in 2 liters of water. The instructions on the packaging will guide you through the cooking time.

Add the chopped chicken breast to the pan with the garlic and chili and fry.

Disassemble the cauliflower into inflorescences and cut lengthwise into thin slices. Cut the bell pepper into strips. Add pepper and cauliflower to the chicken pan and fry.

Set aside a couple of cherry tomatoes to decorate the finished dish, cut the remaining tomatoes into 4 parts and fry, combining with peppers (sweet and chili), garlic, chicken and cabbage. Are the noodles ready? Drain the water quickly and place in the pan, mixing with vegetables and chicken. Turn off the fire immediately. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan. Do not overdo it, this cheese has a pronounced taste and aroma, adding, be sure to taste and make sure that it does not interrupt the impression of the chicken sauce. Parmesan can be replaced with crumbled feta or feta cheese, which should be sprinkled on hot, still breathing noodles and mixed immediately. It will liberally lubricate all components of the dish and add depth and brightness to the taste.

Homemade noodles with chicken breast, cauliflower and parmesan are ready. Lay out the plates, sprinkle with parsley and garnish with cherry tomato halves. Serve the noodles hot.
