Rinse the morels well.
Cover with water and cook. Boil after boiling for 15 minutes. Pour the broth.
Rinse the mushrooms and cool.
Cut the onion into half rings and fry in vegetable oil.
Add chopped mushrooms and fry for 3-5 minutes.
Add the diced potatoes. And fry until the potatoes are ready.
Season with salt and pepper.
Place on a plate and sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.
Serve to the table.
