Semolina on milk

Semolina porridge in milk with fresh or frozen berries is a great mood for the whole day.

Cooking time 15 minutes


Milk 400 ml

Sugar 1 tbsp. l.

Butter 1 tbsp l.

Salt 1 tsp

Berry jam or preserves to taste

Berries, frozen or fresh to taste


Boil 400 ml of milk in a saucepan.

Add 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/4 teaspoon salt.

Pour semolina into milk in a thin stream, stirring constantly, cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.

Add 1 tablespoon of butter to the finished semolina porridge and mix well.

Arrange the porridge on plates. Add berry jam or preserves and fresh or frozen berries.

The semolina in milk is ready. Can be served at the table.
