Paella with seafood is a very tasty dish that can be easily prepared for a festive table, for a romantic dinner, or for a warm, cozy family dinner.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Seafood 500 g
Dry white wine 200 ml
Water 200 ml
Unrefined sunflower oil TM "Aleika" 3 tbsp. l.
Bell pepper 1/2 pc
Onion 1 pc
Garlic clove 2 pcs
Saffron 1 pinch.
Parsley (greens) 1 bunch
Lemon slice 2-3 pcs
Ground black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Defrost 500 grams of seafood.
Place in a colander and drain completely.
Add 1 pinch of saffron to a bowl. Pour in 200 ml of hot water and let it brew for 10-15 minutes.
Peel half a bell pepper, a small onion and 2 cloves of garlic.
Fry finely chopped onion, chopped garlic and diced bell pepper in hot sunflower oil.
Cook vegetables for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add seafood and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Add 200 milliliters of dry white wine and saffron water to the fried seafood.
Finally, sprinkle with chopped parsley and mix well.
Paella with seafood is ready. Arrange on plates and serve with a slice of lemon.
