Village salad, a simple and uncomplicated recipe with potatoes, sauerkraut and pickles.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Potatoes 3 pcs
Pickled cucumbers 2 pcs
Sauerkraut 50-100 g
Green onions 1 bunch
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Boil potatoes in peel until tender. Cool and clean.
In a bowl, combine coarsely chopped potatoes, sliced cucumbers and cabbage. Stir and season with vegetable oil.
Put on a dish.
Sprinkle with chopped green onions. Serve to the table.
