Cottage cheese pancakes in a pan

Cottage cheese pancakes in a pan, this is a delicious breakfast or snack that no one will refuse.

Curd 400 g

Sugar 50 g

Egg 1 pc

Vegetable oil 5-6 tbsp. l.

Sour cream 1 tbsp. l.

Flour 300 g

Salt 1 tsp

Salt 1 pinch.


Put 400 grams of cottage cheese in a bowl.

Add 1 egg and 1 tablespoon of sour cream to a bowl of cottage cheese.

Add 50 grams of sugar and 1 pinch of salt to the curd mixture.

In another bowl, measure out 300 grams of flour, add 1 teaspoon of baking powder.

Add flour mixture to a bowl of cottage cheese.

Knead the dough with your hands.

Divide the dough into 3-4 pieces and roll into sausages.

Cut the dough sausages into pieces.

Heat 5-6 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan and lay out the blanks, fry for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.

Turn over and cook the cheesecakes for another 2-3 minutes on the back side.

Place prepared cheesecakes on a plate with paper towels to remove excess oil.

Sprinkle with icing sugar before serving.
