Tender pork steaks in a pan. More than one man cannot resist a couple of such pieces of fried meat.

Pork steak on the bone 2 pcs
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Spices for meat 1 tsp.
Salt to taste
Cut the pork into strips with bone, remove the films and pat dry with paper towels.
Season each steak with meat spices and salt and grate well.
Add 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil and leave the meat in the oil for 15 minutes.
Heat the pan well and place the pork pieces in the pan and cook for 7-10 minutes on each side over low heat.
Fry the meat well on both sides until golden brown.
Place the finished pork steak on a platter with herbs.
Pork steaks in a pan are ready. Can be served at the table.
