Meat cutlets with buckwheat

If you want to surprise guests and loved ones, cook them meat cutlets with buckwheat. This is delicious!

Minced meat 400 g

Water 300 ml

Egg 1 pc

Onion 1 pc

Unrefined sunflower oil TM "Aleika" 3-4 tbsp. l.

Salt 1 tsp

Ground black pepper to taste


Pour into a saucepan, rinse and add 300 ml of water.

Put to cook on medium heat, from the moment of boiling, cook for 15 minutes without a lid so that the water completely boils away and the cereals are boiled.

Cool the finished buckwheat.

Put 400 grams of minced meat in a bowl.

Add 1 egg, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1 pinch ground black pepper.

Peel the onion.

Grind in a meat grinder and add to the minced meat.

Grind buckwheat in a meat grinder and add to the minced meat.

Knead the mass well.

Form small cutlets with your hands.

Put cutlets in a frying pan and fry on one side for 5-6 minutes over medium heat.

Turn over and fry for 5-6 minutes.

Meat cutlets with buckwheat are ready. Can be served at the table.
