Chicken with potatoes

Chicken and Potatoes is an easy-to-prepare holiday dish that will please all your guests.

Chicken 1 pc

Potatoes 1, 5-2 kg

Mayonnaise 3 tbsp l.

Onion 1 pc

Salt 1/2 tsp

Spices for chicken 1/2 tsp

Garlic clove 2 pcs


Rinse and dry a chicken carcass weighing 1.5 kg.

Cut into portions, leave the chicken skeleton in the broth.

1, 5 kg-2 kg of potatoes, peel and wash.

Cut the potatoes into cubes.

For dressing, add 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of spices, 2 cloves of pressed garlic and 1 finely chopped onion to the potatoes.

Add 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise.

Toss potatoes with dressing and chicken.

Put on a baking sheet covered with foil.

Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees C for 40-50 minutes.

The chicken and potatoes are ready. Put on a platter and serve to the festive table.
