Salad "Winter with mushrooms"

Potatoes 2 pcs

Carrots 2 pcs

Pickled cucumbers 2 pcs

Champignons 200 g

Canned green peas 100 g

Eggs 2 pcs


Green onions

Vegetable oil



Boil potatoes, carrots, eggs, cool and peel. Dice potatoes and carrots.

Add chopped cucumber and eggs.

Fry the mushrooms in vegetable oil and salt.

Add mushrooms and peas. Season with mayonnaise.

Place in a salad bowl and garnish with finely chopped green onions.
