Meat loaf "Festive"

If you want to surprise dear guests, then prepare for them this festive minced meatloaf with buckwheat and egg, baked in foil.

Cooking time 50 minutes


Pork pulp 500 g

Boiling water 400 ml

Eggs 6 pcs

Processed cheese in slices 4-5 pcs

Onion 2 pcs

Carrot 1 pc

Unrefined sunflower oil TM "Aleika" 30 ml

Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.

Salt 1 tsp


Pour 400 ml of boiling water and leave for 30 minutes.

Fry 2 finely chopped onions and 1 grated carrot.

Cut 500 g of pork pulp into pieces.

Twist the meat in a meat grinder.

Twist the buckwheat and vegetables from the pan to the meat.

Add 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 egg.

Mix the minced meat well.

Boil 5 eggs, cool and peel.

Put the minced meat in a layer on foil greased with vegetable oil.

Place in the middle of the egg.

Add sliced ​​processed cheese.

Gently lift the edges of the minced meat layer to the top and form a roll. Turn seam down.

Grease the whole roll with 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise.

Cook in the oven at 180 degrees C for 30-35 minutes. Cool the finished roll a little.

The Festive meatloaf is ready. Cut into portions. Put on a platter and serve to the festive table.
