Chicken fillet rolls with mushrooms

Chicken fillet rolls with mushrooms, this is a delicious dish for a festive table, which can be prepared in just 40 minutes.

Chicken fillet (large) 3 pcs

Champignons 150 g

Cheese 100 g

Onion 1 pc

Egg 1 pc

Breadcrumbs 1 tbsp l.

Salt 1/2 tsp

Spices for chicken 1/2 tsp

Vegetable oil


Peel 150 g of fresh champignons.

Peel the onion, chop finely and fry in a pan with 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.

Add the chopped champignons and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Cool mushrooms and onions.

Rinse and dry 3 large chicken fillets.

Make an incision in the middle in the form of a pocket.

Salt fillet and season with spices.

Put a portion of the fried mushrooms in the middle of the cut fillet. Add a slice of cheese.

Wrap and fasten with wooden toothpicks.

Dip in a beaten egg and coat in breadcrumbs.

Fry in a frying pan with 50 ml of vegetable oil for 2 minutes on each side.

Place in a baking dish.

Cook in the oven at 180 degrees C for 20 minutes.

Cut chicken rolls and place on a platter, garnish as desired.
