Minced meat cutlets

This recipe will help you cook tender minced meat patties in just 30 minutes, from which everyone will be delighted.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Minced pork 500 g

Wheat bread (dry) 100 g

Water 100 ml

Milk 100 ml

Vegetable oil 50 ml

Egg 1 pc

Onion 1 pc

1/2 tbsp salt l.

Ground black pepper to taste


Put 500 grams of finished pork mince in a bowl.

Pour 100 grams of wheat bread with 100 milliliters of milk.

Peel one medium onion.

Twist the softened bread and onion in a meat grinder.

Add one egg, 1/2 tablespoon salt and black pepper to taste.

Mix the minced meat well and form the cutlets.

Heat 50 milliliters of vegetable oil in a frying pan and place the cutlets. Fry in several stages on both sides for 2-3 minutes over medium heat.

Put all the cutlets in a skillet, add 100 ml of water and cook covered for 10-15 minutes.

Minced meat cutlets are ready. Place the patties on a platter and serve with your favorite side dish.
