Potted buckwheat chicken is a hearty, healthy and easy-to-prepare dinner for the whole family.
Cooking time 40 minutes
Chicken fillet 300 g
Water 200 ml
Onion 1 pc
Carrot 1 pc
Tomatoes 1-2 pcs
Unrefined sunflower oil TM "Aleika" 30 ml
Salt 1 tsp
Cut 300 grams of chicken fillet into cubes and fry in a pan for 2-3 minutes.
Add diced carrots, onions and tomatoes.
Arrange the buckwheat with chicken in ceramic pots for oven cooking, filling 1/3 of the volume.
Fill with water, leaving 1, 5 centimeters on top.
Cover and place in the oven at 180 degrees C for 30 minutes.
Buckwheat with chicken in pots is ready. Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and serve.
