Buckwheat in a pan

Buckwheat in a pan is a delicious, quick and healthy dinner for the whole family.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Water 500 ml

Buckwheat 300 g

Butter 30 g

1/2 tbsp salt l.


Heat a deep skillet over medium heat.

Add 300 grams of buckwheat and fry for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add 500 ml of water and 1/2 tablespoon of salt, stir and cook over medium heat, uncovered, for 20 minutes.

Add 30 grams of butter to the finished buckwheat porridge and mix.

Arrange on plates.

Buckwheat in a pan is ready. Can be served at the table.
