Spaghetti with mushrooms and vegetables

Spaghetti with mushrooms and vegetables is a delicious and easy-to-prepare dinner that can be prepared in just 30 minutes.

Champignons 400 g

Onion 1 pc

Carrot 1 pc

Unrefined sunflower oil TM "Aleika" 3-4 tbsp. l.

Garlic clove 2 pcs

Salt 1/2 tsp

Parsley (greens) 1 bunch


Peel the onion, carrot and two cloves of garlic, rinse and peel 400 grams of mushrooms.

Warm up 3-4 tablespoons of natural unrefined sunflower oil TM "Aleika" in a saucepan.

Fry finely chopped onions and chopped carrots for 2-3 minutes.

Add chopped mushrooms to a saucepan and cook for 4-5 minutes.

Add butter and salt to a saucepan with mushrooms.

Add finely chopped parsley.

Spaghetti with mushrooms and vegetables are ready. Arrange on plates and serve.
