New Year's furore salad

Festive salad with chicken and prunes "New Year's sensation", which will decorate any festive table.

Chicken fillet 200 g

Prunes 100 g

Korean carrots 100 g

Canned corn 100 g

Cheese 100 g

Fresh cucumber 1 pc

Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.

Salt to taste


Soak 100 g of prunes in hot water for 10 minutes, remove and dry.

Boil 200 g of chicken fillet and cool.

Finely chop the boiled chicken fillet into a bowl and grate 100 g of cheese.

Add diced fresh cucumber and finely chopped steamed prunes.

Add 100 g of canned corn and 100 g of Korean carrots.

Add 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise.

Stir the salad and salt to taste.

The New Year's Furor salad is ready. Put in a salad bowl and serve at the festive table.
