Ingredients

Water 300-400 ml

Chicken fillet 300 g

Tomatoes 2 pcs

Onion 1 pc

Carrot 1 pc

Unrefined sunflower oil TM "Aleika" 2-3 tbsp. l.

Tomato paste 2 tbsp l.

Salt 1/2 tsp

Preparation

Wash the vegetables well, peel the onions and carrots.

Rinse and dry the chicken fillet.

Cut the meat into cubes and add to the stewpan to the vegetables, cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add diced tomatoes, tomato paste and 200 ml water and season with salt.

Cook meat in tomato sauce over low heat for 10-12 minutes.

Add water so that the buckwheat is covered 1-2 cm higher.

Cook for 10-15 minutes, covered.
