Lean dessert "Baked pumpkin"

Lean dessert "Baked pumpkin". This pumpkin, honey and cranberry recipe will be a gem on your Lenten menu.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Pumpkin 300 g

Natural honey 1 tbsp. l.

Cranberries (dried) to taste

Sugar 1 pinch.


Peel the pumpkin from seeds, rinse and dry.

Place the pumpkin on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Sprinkle with sugar.

Bake the pumpkin slices in the oven until soft at 200 degrees C for 15-20 minutes.

Remove pumpkin pulp into a bowl.

Add the honey to the pumpkin bowl.

Grind the pumpkin with a blender until smooth.

Put the pumpkin and honey puree in bowls and add a little dried cranberries.

Lean dessert "Baked pumpkin" is ready. Can be served with a lean table.
