New Year's julienne with mushrooms

Portioned julienne with mushrooms will drive your guests crazy on New Year's Eve.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Champignons 200 g

Cream 20% fat. 50 g

Mozzarella 20 g

Parmesan cheese 20 g

Onion 1 pc

Butter 10 g

Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.

Thyme 1 sprig

Salt to taste


Rinse the mushrooms, peel the onions.

In a frying pan, mix vegetable and butter, fry finely chopped onions.

Add chopped champignons into strips.

Fry for 3-5 minutes.

Add cream, thyme and salt. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Remove the twig.

Remove from heat and place in small baking dishes or portion pots, add mozzarella slices.

On top, make a hat of grated Parmesan.

Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees C for 5-7 minutes.

New Year's julienne with mushrooms is ready. Serve hot with croutons or croutons.
