Potatoes with mushrooms in a pot, this is a quick dish for a delicious homemade lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

Fresh champignons 5-7 pcs

Potatoes 3-4 pcs

Carrot 1 pc

Onion 1 pc

Water 1 stack.

Sour cream 2 tbsp. l.

Dill 1 bunch

Salt to taste

Preparation

Rinse the champignons, rinse and peel the vegetables.

Chop mushrooms coarsely into a bowl and mix with finely chopped onions.

Add chopped potatoes and carrots.

Add finely chopped dill.

Stir, salt and place in pots.

Add 1 tablespoon of sour cream on top to each pot, pour 100 milliliters of water into each pot and cover with lids.

Cook in the oven at 180 degrees C for 35-40 minutes.

Potatoes with mushrooms in a pot are ready. Cool slightly so that the pots do not burn, and serve.
