Pork pulp 500 g

In a bowl, combine milk and cold water.

Add salt.

Add the egg.

Knead a tough dough. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Rinse and dry the meat, peel the onion.

Cut the meat and onion into pieces, 250 grams, 2-3 onions. Leave 1 whole onion.

Scroll through a meat grinder. Add 1 teaspoon of salt and ¼. a spoonful of ground pepper.

Stir the minced meat well, take out the dough.

Divide the dough into pieces.

Roll each part of the dough into a thin layer.

Cut out identical juices using a glass or a stack.

Spread the minced meat on juicy.

Pinch the edges.

Blind a dumpling.

Stick a lot of dumplings.

Add bay leaf, ½ teaspoon of salt and 1 onion to a pot of water.

Put dumplings in boiling water and cook for 5-7 minutes after surfacing.

The New Year dumplings are ready. Put in a bowl and serve to the festive table.
