Beef Goulash

Juicy pieces of beef with vegetables in tomato sauce for a delicious dinner.

Cooking time 50 minutes


Fillet of beef 400 g

Onion 1 pc

Carrots 1 ml

Tomato paste 120 g

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Cut the meat into small pieces, finely chop the onion, cut the carrots into strips.

Fry the beef in a pan with vegetable oil, stirring for 10-15 minutes.

Add onions and carrots. Fry for 2-3 minutes. Add a quarter glass of water and simmer covered for 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Add tomato paste.

Cover and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.

Beef goulash is ready. Put on a platter and serve with your favorite side dish.
