Fried pork in a pan

Delicious lunch or dinner, easy! Fried pork in a pan is quick, simple and delicious.

Cooking time 40 minutes


Pork 300 g

Potatoes 5-6 pcs

Onion 1 pc

Bell pepper 1 pc

Ramson (or green onion) 1 bunch

Vegetable oil 3-4 tbsp. l.

Salt 1/2 tsp


Rinse and dry the meat.

Cut into cubes.

Fry the meat in a pan with vegetable oil.

Add finely chopped onions and chopped peppers. Cook over low heat for 12-15 minutes, season with salt.

Rinse wild garlic or green onions and chop finely.

Add to the pan and stir. Remove from heat.

Boil potatoes for a side dish in salted water.

Put the potatoes on top of the dish, put the meat and herbs.

Pork in a pan with potatoes is ready. Serve to the table.
