Pasta in the oven

Oven pasta with minced meat and cheese, a tasty and quick dish that can feed the whole family or unexpected guests.

Cooking time 30 minutes

Ingredients

Minced meat 300 g

Hard cheese 100 g

Onion 1 pc

Bell pepper 1 pc

Tomato paste 3 tbsp l.

Butter 20 g

Salt to taste

Ground pepper to taste

Preparation

Fry finely chopped onions in a frying pan with TM "Aleika" sunflower oil.

Add minced meat and cook 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add diced bell peppers, salt and ground pepper.

Add tomato paste.

Pasta TM "Aleika", from the generous fields of Altai, boil in salted water for 7-10 minutes.

Throw the pasta in a colander.

Grease the form with butter, put half of the pasta.

Lay out the minced meat.

Add the second slice of pasta.

Sprinkle with grated cheese on top.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 10-12 minutes.

The pasta is ready in the oven. Cool slightly and serve.
